Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Standard 2nd Class parcels should be with you in 3-5 working days and 2-3 workings days for 1st Class mail using Royal Mail service, but sometimes out of my control or unforeseen circumstances transit times can take up-to 10 working days and no parcel is deemed lost until full 16 days have past.So if possible please be a little more patient for your order to arrive and if you still have concerns then please contact us via contact us page for further assistance. We always obtain Official Proof of Postage on all our parcels to prove we have dispatched the item on time and this can be provided on request.

Q. What should I do if I have a problem with my order once it has been received?
A. We are here to listen to whatever concerns you may have regarding your recent order so please contact us 1st via our contact us page with your order number as we want to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We cannot help you if you do not tell us what the issue is so its always best to communicate with us.
Q. Do you send to another delivery address not registered on my paypal account or billing address?
A. No sorry for security reason we are only able to dispatch to the address that is registered and with a Confirmed status that is shown on your Paypal account when we receive your Paypal Payment Confirmation email or your registered billing address on your credit or debit card. You are solely responsible to ensure that these details are kept upto date at all times to ensure we dispatch to the correct address.
Q. Can I collect my item?
A. Yes, you will need to purchase online first and select Pick up in store option at the checkout. You will not be able to collect unless you purchases online first. Collection can only take place between 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will be available to collect from the next Working day.
